Who recruits the employee?
PeopleDock handles candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, evaluation and shortlisting for both cooperation models.
Who employs the employee?
Under Recruitment, the client employs the selected candidate according to the agreed setup. Under Managed Outsourcing, PeopleDock handles employment and administration within the agreed service structure.
Who manages the employee?
Under Recruitment, the client manages tasks, schedule, workload and performance. Under Managed Outsourcing, responsibilities are agreed with the client and PeopleDock can provide ongoing operational coordination and monitoring.
Who handles payroll?
Under Recruitment, payroll is handled by the client or its chosen employment arrangement. Under Managed Outsourcing, payroll coordination can form part of PeopleDock’s recurring service.
Can I manage the employee directly?
Yes. Direct management is standard under Recruitment. Under Managed Outsourcing, your team can direct business priorities and daily work while PeopleDock provides the agreed employment and operational support.
Can PeopleDock monitor working hours?
Yes, working hours and attendance can be monitored under Managed Outsourcing when included in the agreed service scope.
Can employees be replaced?
Under Recruitment, replacement terms are discussed as part of the recruitment agreement. Under Managed Outsourcing, replacement support may be handled within the agreed service terms. No replacement guarantee or timeframe is implied.
Can the team be scaled?
Yes. The team can be expanded or adjusted as requirements change, subject to role availability and the agreed cooperation structure.
